Product Returns Due to Health and Safety Concerns To protect your health and safety, returned items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. We rigorously inspect each item to verify that seals are intact. Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Circumstances Pouch Papi will not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges if:
- You change your mind
- Your circumstances change
- You find the same product at a lower price elsewhere
Eligible Returns We will issue a refund, credit, or exchange if:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or expired
- The item will expire within 14 days of delivery
- You received a different item than what you ordered
Returning Damaged Products Report any cosmetic damage to items purchased from www.pouchpapi.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at support@pouchpapi.com with your receipt and detailed photos or videos of the damage. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the returns process. Once sufficient proof is provided, we will offer you store credit (minus shipping fees) to replace the product while we process your return.
Promotional Purchases Items bought on sale or using a discount code are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty.
Typographical Errors We strive to provide accurate product information and correct any errors promptly. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and are not liable for typographical errors.
